Adanma Lukes, In Response To A Troll Who Cursed Her Baby, Expresses Her Thoughts Following The Death Of Jnr Pope.

Nigerian filmmaker, Adanma Lukes, has responded to a troll’s comment who cursed her baby and blamed her for the death of Nollywood actor, Junior Pope. Adanma Lukes recently faced widespread accusations after Junior Pope and three others tragically lost their lives in a boat accident while returning from her movie production. As a result, she was suspended by the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN).

Months after the incident, Adanma Luke resumed her social media activity, and the ban on her movie production was lifted by AGN. However, a comment on her Instagram page from an Instagram user identified as @flawlessmerci has stirred reactions from netizens. The comment accused Adanma Luke of using Junior Pope and the other crew members for rituals and cursed both the filmmaker and her six-month-old child.

In response, Adanma Luke addressed the accusations leveled against her on her official Instagram page. She wrote, “Woman, I am not afraid to die, and I won’t allow you to come for my 6-month-old child who has done nothing to you. I have been insulted and called all manner of names, even from those I was good to, but I still didn’t react.”

Adanma Luke added, “You all want my enemies’ heads to go down for you to satisfy your cravings. If I am innocent of all your accusations, may you eat your tears. Been off work for months, and no one asked how I was feeding my family or taking care of the victims’ families. This woman’s DM gave me the strength to come back online.”

Adanma Luke concluded, “I have nothing to prove to you all anymore, but believe me, you all gave me the strength I have now, and I honestly don’t give a fuvk anymore. Henceforth, enjoy the monster you made of me because I won’t hold back anymore.”

Adanma Lukes’ response, which seems to have been deleted, has ignited a wave of reactions online. Here are some of the reactions:

It’s equally nice to be sensitive with everything around us. Posting up and down in a short while doesn’t make much sense. We know you have done your best for the victims’ families. Remember lives were lost. It can never be returned. Each time you post, remind us of Junior Pope. That’s the amazing truth.”
