The first in a series of human development workshops targeting different personnel of clubs in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) is scheduled to take place on August 16, 2024, specifically for Media Officers of the clubs.
Additional workshops are also planned for Coaches, Chief Security Officers, Supporters Club Chairmen, Administrative Managers, and Captains.
The workshop for Media Officers will be hosted by the Benue State Government in Makurdi, the state capital, from August 15-16.
The primary objective of this event is to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge in utilizing modern digital tools to enhance their reporting and promotion of their respective clubs, as well as the NPFL as a whole.
The league organizers have made attendance mandatory for this workshop, highlighting the importance of leveraging media to effectively promote clubs.
