Ryan Garcia, A Charged Individual, Is Facing Allegations Of Misdemeanor Vandalism. If Convicted, He Could Potentially Be Sentenced To Serve Up To One Year In A County Jail.

Professional boxer Ryan Garcia is facing charges of misdemeanor vandalism in connection to an incident that occurred on June 8 at the renowned Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. The arraignment for Mr. Garcia is slated for August 7 in Department 72 of the Airport Courthouse. If found guilty, he could face a maximum sentence of one year in county jail.

Authorities have revealed that another individual, named Celeste Cardio, was arrested during the same incident. However, due to insufficient evidence, she will not be prosecuted.

Mr. Garcia’s recent boxing match against Devin Haney proceeded despite him missing the weight requirement. This meant that Mr. Haney’s super lightweight title was not at stake. Garcia displayed significant dominance in the fight. However, the decision was later overturned to a no-contest after he tested positive for the performance-enhancing drug Ostarine.

In response to the incident, Mr. Garcia issued a public apology and announced his decision to enter a rehabilitation program to address his substance abuse issues.

In January 2024, Mr. Garcia declared his divorce from his wife, Andrea Celina, shortly after the birth of their second child. These personal struggles, alongside battles with depression and alcohol abuse, have markedly impacted both his career and personal life.

In a recent conversation with Andrew Tate, Mr. Garcia made an alarming claim of being abducted by individuals associated with a secretive group known as Bohemian Grove. He claimed to have been subjected to disturbing content as part of a ritual.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding his boxing career, Mr. Garcia remains a highly regarded young talent in the sport. As the former WBC interim lightweight champion, boasting a record of 24 wins and 1 loss, he was the first fighter to defeat Haney before the result was invalidated.
