Fipan Has Elected Oduntan As Their New President.

The Feed Industry Practitioners Association of Nigeria (FIPAN) has recently elected Dr. Ayoola Oduntan as its new President.

This leadership change is a significant moment for FIPAN as the association remains strongly committed to driving the growth and sustainability of Nigeria’s feed industry. This industry holds a vital position within the country’s agricultural sector, as stated in a recent announcement.

Dr. Oduntan expressed gratitude for the trust shown by the association and reiterated his dedication to tackling the most pressing challenges faced by the industry. He emphasized the importance of increased collaboration within the sector, stating, “The future of our industry relies on our ability to work collectively, innovate, and establish a more resilient and efficient feed production ecosystem. My primary focus will be on ensuring that FIPAN provides the necessary support and leadership to achieve these objectives.”

In line with this vision, Dr. Oduntan plans to create strategic alliances with key agricultural associations like the Maize Association of Nigeria (MAAN) and the Nigeria Soybean Association, in addition to other significant commodity groups.

The aim of these partnerships is to strengthen stakeholder networks, streamline supply chains, and enhance access to essential raw materials. These collaborations are expected to address challenges related to sourcing raw materials and enhance the overall efficiency of the industry, the announcement further detailed.
