The Africa International Housing Show (AIHS) recently honored Mrs. Ufuoma Ilesanmi, General Manager of Haven Homes, with the prestigious Woman in Real Estate Excellence Award 2024, which took place in Abuja.

With an impressive academic background comprising a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing, she has also undergone numerous leadership and management training. Renowned as a versatile businesswoman, Ufuoma played a vital role in the development of Haven Farms and Haven Suites, all while mentoring upcoming entrepreneurs.

Starting as a Sales Assistant 13 years ago, Ufuoma has steadily climbed the corporate ladder, occupying positions such as Corporate Manager, Assistant General Manager, and ultimately, General Manager.
