Nigerian national team defender, William Ekong, has embarked on a trip to Saudi Arabia to finalize his transfer to Al Khalood. Ekong, 30 years old, was accompanied by his agent, David Moss, indicating the seriousness of the negotiation process.
A transfer fee has been agreed upon between Al Khalood and PAOK, ensuring financial benefit for both parties. Ekong’s terms with the Saudi club have also been established, securing his future stability.
Al Khalood, established in 1970 and based in the city of Rass, is preparing for the upcoming season in Saudi Arabia, commencing on August 12. It is noteworthy that Ekong’s new team will initiate their campaign with a home game against one of the top-ranked clubs in the league.
