President Trump Gives His Response To Senator Harris’ Speech At The Democratic National Convention (Dnc).

Former President Donald Trump has criticized Vice President Kamala Harris for omitting significant policy issues in her speech accepting the presidential nomination from the Democratic Party.

In response to Harris’ address at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago on August 22, the former president and his campaign made several statements. This solidifies the upcoming election clash between Harris and Trump, who is the Republican nominee.

Trump expressed his disappointment that Harris did not address important topics such as interest rates, China, fracking, crime, poverty, trade deficits, child trafficking, woman trafficking, drugs, and the border. He believes these are crucial matters that should have been discussed.

During an interview, show host Mercedes Schlapp, a longtime ally of Trump, asked about Harris’ claim that he was planning to establish a national anti-abortion coordinator.

Trump responded by denying any knowledge of such plans, saying, “I never heard of it. I never even heard the term.”

Furthermore, Trump refuted Harris’ assertion that he is associated with Project 2025, a policy blueprint created by The Heritage Foundation for the next conservative president. Although Trump’s campaign and Project 2025 have stated that their work is not interconnected, Democrats have persistently linked Trump to the plan. While it is true that individuals connected to Trump have worked on the project, similar plans have been developed for every president since the 1980s. However, they became controversial during this election cycle.

Harris also criticized Trump for killing a recent bipartisan border bill, which she promised to revive and sign if elected president.

Harris claimed that Trump’s campaign wanted to prevent a border deal as it would be detrimental to his election prospects. However, Republicans blocked the bill, arguing that it did not go far enough in securing the border.

In response to Harris’ accusations, Trump dismissed the bill as “horrible” and asserted that it would have allowed a large influx of people into the country. He emphasized that his administration had already taken action to address the border crisis, without requiring a bill.

Trump highlighted the dangers of the border, recounting his recent visit and describing it as a hazardous place. He pointed out that Harris was appointed by Biden to handle the border crisis, implying that the current situation is unprecedentedly unsafe.
