Rwanda’s head coach, Torsten Spittler, is confident that the Super Eagles will emerge as winners of Group D in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying series.
The Super Eagles are currently leading Group D with four points after two match days.
The Benin Republic’s Cheetahs are in second place with three points, while Rwanda sits in third place with two points.

However, Spittler confidently predicts that the Super Eagles will maintain their position at the top of the group.
Spittler acknowledges that Group D is difficult but believes Nigeria will ultimately emerge as the group winners.
He anticipates a competition between Benin and Rwanda for the second spot.
Rwanda’s last participation in the AFCON finals was in 2004.
