Renowned Nigerian comedian, Bright Okpocha, popularly known as Basketmouth, has taken to his social media platform to address the rumors surrounding his engagement to Victoria Eze, also known as Miz Vick. He clarified that the speculation was triggered by a playful post meant to grab attention.
In a video shared on his Instagram account, Basketmouth explained that he had not expected people to believe his engagement post, but to his surprise, many did.
He humorously added, “Dem fall for amhahahah!”
Furthermore, Basketmouth shared a sneak peek of his upcoming film, titled “A Ghetto Love Story,” in the same video. The teaser offered a glimpse into the gritty yet heartwarming narrative of the movie.
Miz Vick expressed her excitement about the project, stating, “We have finally made our very first feature-length film, A Ghetto Love Story, and I’m really excited because I wrote the film.”
According to Basketmouth, the movie is based on a real-life experience of his own. He stated, “This thing happened to me in real life. I experienced it.”
The film, set to premiere on November 22nd, boasts a star-studded cast including Nkem Owoh, Patience Ozokwor, Wale Ojo, Daniel Etim Effiong, Mercy Johnson, Efe Irele, Bright Okpocha, Victoria Eze, Beverly Osu, and Senator comedian, among others.
